What characteristics do EV high-voltage wiring harnesses need to have?

The overall automotive wiring harness is divided into high-voltage wiring harnesses and low-voltage wiring harnesses. Generally speaking, traditional fuel vehicles use more low-voltage wiring harnesses, while new energy vehicles mainly use high-voltage wiring harnesses.
The voltage and temperature resistance levels of high-voltage wiring harnesses for new energy vehicles are much higher than those of low-voltage wiring harnesses. Domestic OEMs usually use shielded high-voltage wires. In recent years, Japanese OEMs mainly adopt the process of wrapping shielding nets on unshielded high-voltage wires. Shielding high-voltage lines can reduce the impact of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and RFI (Radio Interference) on the vehicle system.
The entire high-voltage wiring harness circuit can realize shielding connection. The shielding layer of the high-voltage wiring harness of the interfaces such as motor, controller and battery is connected to the battery motor controller shell through a crimping structure such as a plug-in, and is connected to the body ground. Although high-voltage lines do not necessarily need to be shielded to conduct data, the shielding effect of high-voltage lines can reduce or avoid radiation.
Withstand voltage performance: the high voltage rating of conventional automobiles is 600V, and the voltage of commercial vehicles and large buses can be as high as 1000V;
Current resistance: According to the current of the high-voltage system components, it can reach 250-400A;
Temperature resistance: high temperature resistance grades are divided into 125 ℃, 150 ℃, 200 ℃ range, high temperature conventional selection of 150 ℃ wire; low temperature conventional -40 ℃.
