At present, there are three main matching schemes for high-voltage cables on the market: TPE insulation + TPE sheath, XLPE insulation + XLPE sheath, and rubber-silicon insulation + rubber-silicon sheath. TPE cable is relatively soft, does not require irradiation process, and is relatively simple to process. Due to the particularity of the material, the cable has poor heat resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and has a greater risk of cracking in long-term rain and sunlight environments; XLPE cables Oil resistance, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance are good, and the overall electrical and mechanical properties are good, but the cable has been irradiated, and the product is hard; the rubber silicon cable has good flexibility and high temperature resistance, up to 200 degrees , but the process is more complicated, and the flame retardant effect is not good.
The shielding method is generally tinned copper + braided shielding, which can reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio interference (RFI). The iso-crimping structure is connected to the housing of the battery motor controller, and then connected to the body ground.
